Q. What is Purva Privileges Program?
A. Purva Privileges Program is a loyalty program for all Puravankara owners residing in their Purva apartments and owners who have bought a Purva apartment but are currently residing elsewhere. This program is a first of its kind in the Indian real estate industry. 

Q. What are the Purva Privileges?
A. Purva Privileges are advantages and benefits offered to the members under the umbrella of the Purva Privileges Program. They are:

Referral reward:
All referrals received on or after May 01, 2005, will be awarded a sum of Rs. 25,000/- as referral reward, irrespective of the apartment value.

Concierge services on phone. Each residing member of the Purva Privileges program, enjoy free concierge services. All he has to do is call the Purva Helpline at 65335500 and place his request. A Purva Privileges member will only pay for the product and not the services involved. 

Special offers from select outlets: All Purva Privileges Program members will be able to avail discounts across different product categories from select outlets. Additionally, these outlets from time to time will offer 'exclusive offers' to the Purva Privileges members. A Member will need to flash his Purva Privileges card before placing any order or making any purchase.

Q. Who is eligible to become a member of the Purva Privileges Program?
A. The Purva Privileges Program is open to all individuals who are eighteen years and above and an owner of any Puravankara apartment.

Q. How will an individual enrol into the Purva Privileges Program?
A. Owners of a Puravankara apartment, can call the Purva Helpline and ask for an enrolment form to be mailed to his current address. The form will be mailed along with a self -addressed envelope within 4 working days from the date of request. The member has to fill the form and mail it back to the Purva Privileges Program Centre. The membership kit will be dispatched to his residence within 21 working days from date of receipt of the form, duly filled by him. Alternatively, he can enrol online by clicking here.

Q. If an individual is the owner of a Puravankara apartment but stays elsewhere can he avail all the benefits offered to a Purva Privileges Program member?
A. No. He can avail only discounts at different member establishments and participate in the Referral Program.

Q. What are the other benefits available under the Program ?
A. The other benefit offered under the Purva Privileges Program is the Concierge Services. This is available only to the owner of the Puravankara apartments, who resides in his apartment.

Q. What are the Concierge Services?
A. Concierge Services mean that there will be someone to do the daily chores for the members. It could range from grocery shopping, to paying phone bills, school fees, home delivery of movie tickets, arranging a house party, referencing maids and drivers etc. A member just have to call the Purva Helpline at 65335500 and place the service request. This privilege is applicable only to the residents of Puravankara apartments. The service will be delivered only at the address recorded in the database.

Q. What is the fee to avail the Concierge Services? **
A. Concierge services are free of cost. A member only has to pay for the purchases.

Q. If a residing owner moves to a non Purva apartment, can he/she avail all the privileges under the Purva Privileges Program?
A.NO. He can only avail the discount benefits offered by member establishments. All other existing or new benefits under the Program will not be applicable to him.

Q. After enrolment what are the next steps?
A. Once a member enrolls, the membership kit will be dispatched to the member's residence within 21 working days from the date of his enrolment. The membership kit will comprise of: Purva Privileges membership card, Purva privileges Program booklet, Discount offer booklet and stickers for your car, your kitchen and your telephone.

Q. How will a member avail the services?
A. Once, a member receives his Purva Privileges membership kit, he has to quote his membership number and the password to avail any Concierge services or to participate in the Referral Program.

Q. If a member forgets his password can he avail the services under the Program?
A. If a member forgets his Password no request will be accepted by the Purva Helpline. The Purva Helpline will forward the case to the Purva Privileges Program Helpdesk to be suitably resolved.

Q. Will a member give his password to avail discounts offered at different outlets?
A. No. To avail any discount at different outlets a member has to present his card at the outlet before making any transaction. 

Q. How many people can use the Membership Card?
A. Purva Privileges program issues a ‘family card’ for all the members, which can be used by all eligible members of the family. The person using the Card must be aware of the membership Card number and the password.

Q. What happens if the Purva Privileges membership Card gets lost?
A. In case of loss / theft of the Purva Privileges Membership Card, a member must call the Purva Helpline or send an e-mail to privileges@puravankara.com immediately. Within a week's time a new membership card will be sent to the member's residence on payment of Rs.25/- at the time delivery.

Q. What is a Referral Program?
A. Under the Referral Program, any member can suggest the name, address, telephone number of his friend or relative, who are keen to buy an apartment at Puravankara .If the referee buys a Puravankara apartment, then the referrer is rewarded as a token of appreciation for his efforts. 

Q. How will a member refer his friends/relatives?
A. A member has to call up the Purva Helpline and give the name / address & telephone of his friends/relatives, who are keen to buy a Puravankara flat. He must mention his name & Membership No. for validation. Alternatively, he can communicate the referral details to the Puravankara marketing staff.

Q. What is the reward?

Q. How will a member redeem his rewards?
A. The Purva Privileges Program Centre will send a member his cheque for the cash reward along with the gift vouchers to his current address.

Q. In whose name the card will be issued ?
A. The card will be issued in the family name, for instance, Subramaniam family.

Q. Where do the member send Program -related communication?
A. The member can send all communication relating to the Purva Privileges program to
